We aim to deliver your cast air bricks and grilles as fast as possible.
If ordered before 1pm, around 75% of our orders are delivered the next day, with
the remainder taking between 2-6 days.
If you need items delivering for a specific day please ring or
email to check we can get the item to you in time before placing your order.
All goods need to be paid for before despatch so please add on time for us
to receive and bank your payment if paying by cheque.

Shipping over £5000 is at £4001- £5000 rate plus an
addition per £1000 order value as follows:-
+ £10 for zones 1 and 2, + £25 for zone 3, + £50 for
zones 4 and 5 and + £75 for ROW
If you are
eligible for 0% Channel Islands vat rate or you are an EU Vat registered
construction business, please

after you have made your purchase online if you qualify for a vat refund. We
will refund by return, please ensure you email your company vat number if
applicable.
All customs charges or additional import duties are
to be paid for by the customer if applicable. UK orders are sent out as soon as
they are ready on a next working day service. Channel Islands, Eire, West and
Mid Europe are sent out economy 2-3 day service. Far Europe, USA and ROI (rest
of the world) are all sent out DHL express, a 2-7 day air service. Large orders
(over £2000) to far Europe, USA and ROW may exceed the shipping prices quoted
above, if this is the case we will inform the customer of any additional cost
within 24 hours and the customer will have the option to proceed with the order
or cancel.
Refund Policy
The consumer has the right to cancel within seven
days of receipt of the goods in line with the distance selling regulations.
This offer is extended to business customers for
small orders under £1000. This refund policy doesn't apply to cast iron goods that have been
made to measure, cut to size, altered in any way, painted or drilled or flymesh
mesh (all of which is cut to size). Please ask if in doubt, before
ordering any of these items or large corporate orders.
For a refund, less delivery cost, please return the
goods to "The Cast iron Air Brick Company, Down Farm, Little Bray Lane, Brayford
EX32 7QQ" within 7 days of receipt. The customer should return the goods via a
tracked courier at their own cost. Please note, for orders over £500 and for
gratings sent via pallet delivery, a proportion of the delivery charge has
already been included in the purchase price of the goods. Where this is the
case, we reserve the right to deduct the full cost of the delivery from the
refund .

The Cast Iron Air Brick Company Ltd (cert no. 07463085) is a Vat registered company (104
1897 29)
and vat at 20% is added on goods and delivery for all orders to the EU and
UK. Channel Islands and USA are exported at 0% vat, although customers are
responsible for any import duty/state taxes if applicable.

Discounts
As a thank you for ordering online and receiving an automated receipt we'd like
to offer our online customers a 5% discount.
This
discount is automatically deducted from the purchase price before online
checkout.
Large Order Discounts
Order 10 or more of the same type and we will give you a discount in the
form of adding free airbricks as shown in the table below. We will not apply the
discount unless it is asked for.
To qualify, mention this offer on the order form when checking out and
pay for your airbricks less any free ones.
Sorry this offer is for air bricks and small gratings 12" and under and is not
for made to measure grilles or any long gratings over 12" x 12".
Example, if you require 33 air bricks simply pay for 28 airbricks, get 5 free and ask
us to send 33.
