COVID-19 UPDATE – WE ARE STILL OPEN and expect to remain so as long as UK government restrictions allow us to continue delivering. We are a small family business, working from home with no external employees and are therefore unaffected by the government stay at home restrictions. If you are working please observe government policy and stay safe.
We try to dispatch as soon as we can and pride ourselves on the large quantity of orders we send out that arrive the next day after ordering (around 75%). BUT – Even if the items are in stock, it is still possible that orders can be delayed due to our workshop being closed for holidays, exceptional weather conditions, power cut, broadband failure, courier delay or (exceptionally) that the automated copy of your order hasn’t been received in our office. Please email to check stock and dispatch date if it is essential for goods to arrive by a specific time before AND after ordering. When ordering on the website please note this and any other requirements in the space provided when placing the order under additional info.
