A square hole grille made to order

Yes I’m still making cast iron square hole grilles to order !

But …

Material is running low and we dont receive enough orders to justify commissioning new patterns so when all the stock we have runs out, that’s it !

I’m trying to help by cutting grilles from larger pieces but its a real challenge. Cutting lengthways really ruins the saw so have patience and be realistic with your requirements. I’m happy to help out cutting one offs but I cannot supply “bulk”. If you want bulk please consider using the square hole air bricks we already have on the shelf.

Grilles cut to order will be priced on the size of the material I have to use to create your grille so please dont feel you’re being “swindled” when we direct you to pay for a larger grille. For instance, If you require an 8″ wide grille, I dont have any 8″ material so I will have to use a 10″ grille, again if you want a 5″ grille, it’ll require a 7″ or maybe even a 10″ grille !

Any grilles we create by cutting the width and the lengths will remove the wide borders that we normally would use to drill securing holes. If that is the case there wont be any option to have them supplied drilled.
